A web up to 430 mm, up to 10 colours in a single pass, UV and water-based inks. Rotary screen and offset combine in the same line.
Flexography, screen, offset and digital printing, described from the application side: run length, substrate, effect. Processes combine within a single production cycle.

Long and medium runs in repeatable quality at a predictable unit cost. UV and water-based inks, combined in-line with rotary screen, foil stamping and embossing.
Short runs, market tests and multi-variant work without plate costs. Variable data printing (VDP): numbering, sequential barcodes, personalised artwork, every label can differ.
Rotary screen runs in-line with flexography: heavy ink films, raised effects, textures and Metallic Doming. Flat screen produces labels with the highest resistance to sunlight and temperature extremes, up to B3 format.
Sheet-fed printing for shorter special runs, including double-sided labels. Up to 14 colours in sheet.
In-house platemaking: Heidelberg Phoenix UV LED imagesetter, installed 2017.
Embossing, foils, varnishes and special effects, applied in-line with printing.

Smooth and holographic metallised foils, cold and hot. Relief embossing gives lettering and artwork a raised, tactile finish.

A raised, metallic structure applied by rotary screen. Until recently possible only on paper, now also on film substrates.

Depth and movement on a perfectly flat label. We are the only printing house in Poland applying a single lens on a label.

Full and spot UV varnish, matt, gloss, satin, raised varnishes, protective laminates. Protection and effect in one pass.

Digital systems: serial numbers, sequential barcodes, UV-visible hidden print. The basis of lottery and security labels.

Holographic and iridescent foils, metallic print, textured screen. Visible from the shelf, verifiable in the hand.
