Our management system has been certified continuously since 2004. Certificate data is published plainly: number, scope, certification body and validity.
Certification body: PRS S.A. (PCA accreditation, IAF member). The FSSC certificate can be verified in the database of certified organisations at fssc.com.

Customer audits
The plant undergoes annual audits by accredited bodies and audits by our key customers. First ethics audit passed in 2010.
Migration testing
Testing relevant to food law, including migration testing, is commissioned to external accredited research institutes.
The quality system in practice
Control procedures cover every order, from file to dispatch.
100% inspection in print and finishing
Camera inspection systems on presses and finishing equipment check every label: text, colours and barcodes against the approved master.
Batch traceability
Every product and every production batch carries separate codes, recorded on each reel and each pack. Full documentation reconstructs the order's path and the components used.
Control starts in prepress
Content verification and PDF proofing compare production files against your approved artwork to rule out unintended changes before printing.
A digitally recorded process
All work steps are recorded digitally and networked between departments. Preventive action and continuous improvement keep non-conformance low.
